These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Photo Eraser — Object & BG AI application ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Photo Eraser is an iOS application that removes backgrounds, erases unwanted objects, and replaces backgrounds in photos. Background removal uses Apple's Vision framework on-device. Object erasing uses a Core ML model (LaMa) that is downloaded once on first use and then runs entirely on-device. Features include one-tap background cutout with transparent PNG export, brush-based object erasing, background replacement with solid colors, gradients, or a custom photo, and batch processing for Premium subscribers.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Photo Eraser Premium is available with the following subscription options:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscriptions are subject to Apple's Standard EULA. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial period before it ends, you will not be charged. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers retain their original price for the remainder of the active term.

5. User Content

Photos, edits, and history are stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to your photos. We do not access, collect, or store your image content on any server.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and packaged content, is owned by Bulpara Inc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. The bundled and downloaded machine-learning models are licensed for use within the App only and may not be extracted or redistributed.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT EDIT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS FOR A SPECIFIC PHOTO.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, including any photo you process and distribute.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
